Mincing group by melting stainless steel, for a perfect cut of the meat use.
Refrigerated parts include hopper, feed tube and cutting set.
Blocking of the mincing group is lateral.

Optional in TC 22 Alaska model is the refrigeration into the display case (fan fitted version) with patty shaper. These models are expecially suited for working with patty shaper and offer hight hygiene safety as the bacterial flora on the cutting set plate id reduced to a minimum. Alaska version is with dismounting hopper, great transmission.
Patty shaper (optional) can be mounted on each model and has the possibility to make burgers (diameters) from 110 to 180 gr. with a fix thickness of 17 mm. Low-noise sealed compressor with R134A refrigerating gas for all models.
Polo version has a fixed hopper and its very compact mincer. Trasmission through refucer lubrificated to lite. Push botton control in front, reverse oprional.
